1. Agreement to Terms

By using Hostwiz LTD's domain registration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Domain Registration Services

Hostwiz LTD provides premium domain brokerage and registration services for .uk domain extensions as a Nominet Channel Partner.

• Domain services include brokerage, acquisition, registration, and management
• All services are custom-quoted based on specific requirements
• All registrations comply with Nominet policies and procedures available at Nominet Terms
• Domain ownership is subject to accurate WHOIS information
• Annual renewal fees apply to maintain domain registration
• All fees are clearly outlined in custom quotes before commitment

3. Customer Obligations

As a customer of Hostwiz LTD, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information
• Comply with Nominet's Terms and Conditions
• Use domains in accordance with UK law and regulations
• Not engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
• Pay all fees on time as specified in your service agreement

4. Prohibited Uses

Domains registered through Hostwiz LTD may not be used for:

• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Illegal content or activities
• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Harassment, defamation, or hate speech
• Child exploitation or abuse

5. Domain Transfers

Domain transfers to and from Hostwiz LTD are subject to:

• Nominet transfer procedures and timeframes
• Verification of domain ownership
• Payment of any outstanding fees
• Compliance with transfer eligibility requirements

6. Fees and Payment

• All fees are custom-quoted based on specific requirements
• Quotes are provided within 24-48 hours of inquiry
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed
• Renewal fees must be paid before expiration to maintain registration
• Failed payments may result in domain suspension or deletion
• All fees are subject to applicable VAT
• Fees include registration/renewal costs plus any applicable brokerage or service fees

7. Domain Expiration and Renewal

• Renewal reminders will be sent at 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before expiration
• Expired domains may enter a grace period before deletion
• Hostwiz LTD is not liable for domains that expire due to non-renewal
• It is the customer's responsibility to renew domains before expiration

8. Dispute Resolution

Domain disputes are handled in accordance with Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hostwiz LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Service Modifications

Hostwiz LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to customers.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or applicable laws and regulations.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
